I&D - Sourcing Diverse Talent

Our engagement starts by sitting down with your team in order to identify what it is that you want to achieve. Scope Alignment
Upon approval of project scope, your JCLauren Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner will be reaching out to schedule a Strategy Meeting to fully align around the scope and accountabilities of the project and the sourcing strategy. This is an important first step towards attracting the best talent and delivering a world class and inclusive candidate experience.

Attracting Diverse Candidates
With every new interaction, you have an opportunity to increase the effectiveness, performance and diversity of your team, including leadership skills, work styles, job competencies and diversity of experiences and backgrounds. Identifying and Mitigating Unconscious Bias
There are several points in hiring where unconscious biases naturally come into play. Bias is a normal part of human nature but can cloud our objectivity and impact our judgment. To address this, we have embedded key “bias checks” in the hiring process to identify and mitigate biases that may arise when creating slates, interviewing, debriefing and selecting candidates. Your TA partner will guide through a series of steps to help you drive an inclusive hiring process.

There are three simple steps
Discovery: It starts with an initial “discovery call”. During this call, will discuss your recruiting needs and your hiring process. We walk you through our process so that we can determine whether we are the right firm to help you with your staffing needs.
Agreement: This usually consists of a few simple documents that outline the services being delivered, responsibilities, guarantees, and terms of payment. It is at this point where we will request the names of the key stakeholders (hiring managers, HRBPs, etc) as well as the most updated job descriptions. In the absence of one, we can certainly help to craft one.
Activation: It is at this point where we will work on identifying the candidates that best fit the profile we captured. We will screen each candidate thoroughly and will present those whose profile match the requirement of the role(s) to you for an interview. Always working with a sense of urgency, we are able to execute this process and deliver them to you in the shortest amount of time possible.
